Tony Rodriguez

Tony, Executive Vice President and CTO of Digimarc, is focused on innovation and deployment in mission-critical environments, advancing identification, authentication, and anti-counterfeiting technologies for world’s central banks, content owners and global brands.

As the inventor of over 390 issued patents and numerous publications in content security, digital watermarking, and image processing, Tony has contributed to the development of a patent portfolio ranked in the top 10 for Industry Impact.   At Digimarc, Tony played a key role in driving the IPO and leads a research team that has received numerous awards, including an Emmy® Award for Technology & Engineering.

He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and the AeA/Stanford Executive Institute program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
